Frahm To Sign
That's right Blazer fans, Richie Frahm intimated that he expects to sign a contract with the Blazers today. I'll have the entire interview up as fast as I can... I just have to transcribe the dialogue...

Yea, I kinda wondered why he left Charlotte, where he would have had a better chance at minutes, but i guess he wants to stay close to home.

Not a starter but maybe he could turn into a good backup. He's a more well rounded player then Person, but we know person will bring outside shooting, Frahm isn't as proven. Although he is still good and would probably be our #1 outside threat.

I like the move. He's a hardworker and with our lack of shooters any help is appreciated.

I like it we got the Zag connection in our third string. When were up 20+ it'd Dickau to Frahm all day long. No really I don't expect him to play much but alright he's a shooter and he's scored 31 points in an NBA game so I'm down.

I wonder if this is just a "don't be leaving us" contract, and not a "signed for the season" contract?
I wonder if this means Person ain't coming back..because this team is stocked to the gills now.

who else is there..Ha and Monia, right?
anyway, that doesn't really leave a lot of room for any FA's.
So you'd think they'd be making a 3-1 trade or something soon.

Could he just be signing one of those Summer league type of contracts like he had here before?

I hope that we also add Darius Rice to that list. He sounds like a pretty good prospect.

I'm not sure that Charlotte made him an offer.

This is horrible news. What the heck are the Blazers thinking. A smart player, that seams to be a good guy, that won't ***** and complain, and can actually shoot?????? THIS IS THE LAST THING THIS TEAM NEEDS.
Hurry someone start a NO FRAHM TO PORTLAND THREAD. God help us if he takes any of Qyntel's minutes.

Good signing, I recall he had 28 pts with Seattle last year once when he got good minutes.
