Who will have the better regular season record?
I vote for the Clippers.

C - Kaman (solid young big man, having a good summer league)
PF - Brand / Wilcox
SF - Maggette
SG - Q.Richardson (if they match)
PG - Livingston / Jaric

Lakers
C - B.Grant / Cook
PF - Medvedenko
SF - Odom / Butler / George
SG - Kobe / Rush
PG - Payton

The Lakers. Kobe will still bring it every night and I fully expect GP to be better this year.

The Clippers are totally lacking a PG and have a bunch of inexperienced guys who are used to losing.

It doesn't matter really. I think unless there are some trades for Portland both L.A. teams will be better than Portland

IMO, Both are borderline Playoff teams. Lakers' frontline could be the weakest in the entire NBA! They have no post threat at all! Without a bigman you wont get too far in the West.
