OT: Luxury Tax
I thought that wether the NBA will have a Luxury Tax and how high it will be were supposed to be announced on August 1st. I haven't seen it here or espn.com. Has anyone else heard any news about it?

The threshold for luxury tax payments was announced on July 13th, along with the new salary cap. It was $54.6 million.
