OT: STOMP's Sierra summer
Hi ya'll. For the last few years I've had a regular summer gig working for California Fish and Game surveying the lakes and major streams of the High Sierras. My group collects info on the plants and animals found at these sites, and notes the physical terrain. We're specifically looking for a couple types of amphibians that were listed as endangered a couple years back.
Anyways, this is my first year working on the Western side of the Sierras. It's not quite as dramatic as the Eastern Sierra (where I was stationed the years prior), but hopefully I was able to capture an image or two you'll enjoy
