He would be lucky to return to 80% if he didn't play in NBA.

I would be very very surprized to see a player his age get 80%
back under any conditions,let alone as a point guard.

Kidd is still a good point guard in the halfcourt. He loses a lot of value if he can't break like he used to, but he was a top-10 player when he could. He could fall way out of the top-10 and still be a very effective point guard for the Blazers.

I'm trying to recall if Kidd has ever been teamed up with a post threat on the level of AR or Zach... none are coming to mind. Portland has had all sorts of issues even getting entry passes, and certainly even a step slower Kidd could do this better then it's been.
