E-Rob ?
According to the Blog :
Quote:
nterested in Eddie?
The Bulls waived high-flying Eddie Robinson yesterday, and one of his agents says the Blazers have already contacted him with interest in Robinson:
Bryant says "four or five teams'' already have called with interest in Robinson. Those teams include the New York Knicks, the Miami Heat and the Portland Trail Blazers. Collier says he's sure many more teams will call.
|
Why would we sign this guy when we have a fleet of SF's already?!

he was always missing practice and games over little wimpy injuries and he didnt know the plays when he was in the game. he could dunk and has a nice j though. I just think he didnt have any interest in playing for the bulls.

They may have him in mind for a good defensive SG. However, that would be stealing minutes from Ruben and Frahm.

Bulls fans won't tell the truth about E-Rob so I will...
Skiles f'd with E-Rob last year, he played, produced and then magically one day was in Skiles's doghouse.
There was no explanation, he went from big minutes, and playing well at that for about 2 months to never really playing again.
And Bulls fans wonder why he didn't want to play for the team...
They'll tell you he doesn't drive, well he doesn't because he doesn't want to get injured, ya that's kind of wack, but his game is a midrange game and if he does get to the basket he will dunk on whoever is in front of him.
Oh ya, he's also a money hungry guy yet when he signed into the league as an undrafted player he signed with the Hornets despite the fact that the Rockets offered him the most money.
He's no star, and I'm not gona pimp him, but it was just beyond pathetic to watch Linton Johnson and Dupree get minutes at the 3 and not do jack **** and E-Rob was planted at the end of the bench.
I don't think Portland is a good place for him, why the need for so many wing players anyway?
Plus isn't the organization trying to change it's image?
E-Rob is not a criminal, but his image is not as a great guy unfortunately.
I think Miami would be the best home for him, there he will get minutes and with Shaq and Riles there there's no room to f around, he will respect them because they command it.
Much different than having to respect Paxson and Skiles.

Maybe he made up the injuries just because he didn't like playing for the bulls and will be happy to play for us.

No problem, we don't have any plays.

That is just downright funny. Isn't it ironic that there is truth in humor....
