Um, Trader Bob!!!!!!

Pittsburgh Wins!

Wow, knocking off two unbeaten teams in back to back weeks I think that it is safe to say that the Pittsburgh Steelers are for real. Big Ben is looking like he has been in the league for a few years already, Pittsburgh got the steal of the draft this season. I heard on the pre-game that an assistant coach had to work him out on his own time, because the Steelers didn't even look at him at the Combine. Roethlisberger is going to be something special for the Steelers for years to come. It makes watching the Blazers lose less painful today! Pittsburgh is 7-1 and looking good!!!!

27 3

Jerome Bettis 33 carries for 149 yards!

Ben Roethlisberger 11/18 183 yards 2 TD 1 INT

Total yards PIT ~ 420 / PHI ~ 113

NEXT UP!

Bring on the Browns.... although they and the Ravens always scare me

I think Big Ben just goes for it.. no pressure.. he seems pretty cool so far.

I am enjoying this... its been awhile since they have done so well. The year they lost to the Cowboys in the Super Bowl left a very bad taste in my mouth. I wanted one for the thumb

Go Steelers

How about marking this one OT? It's a bit off the Blazers topic since it's about football.

Nah, Trader Bob and myself have been going back and forth about our other team for a few weeks now. If you were a regular on this board you would know that. I will try in the future to make the titles less misleading so not to offend anyone on a basketball board. If you did read the first post however, I did say that the Pittsburgh win over Philadelphia made the Portland loss to Toronto less painful.

Thanks Trader Bob, I sure feel better and I hope that rx2web does too. Whew that was a close one wasn't it.

Oh, by the way and this is off topic, my 7 week old daughter is having troubles going to sleep at night. She started this growth spert thing and doesn't want to go down at night. Any advice on the subject and if you do, could you please put it in the form of a basketball answer so not to offend. Thanks in advance.

hee hee hee

if your daughter holds a mini Blazer basketball while sitting in her car seat on top of the dryer and the dryer is running.... it may help her sleep

or if she hold the mini Blazer basketball while going on a drive in the car, it may do the same thing

either way try one of those.... if it works.. you know she needs some movement to get her to sleep. Then you go from there

then maybe a Blazer motorized swing to rock her

warm milk? I am sure you tried that one too

steady go to bed times help as well. same time each night...

also try baths, which I am sure you do as well

PORTLAND TRAILBLZERS ROCK!!!

Damn, she hates her car seat and she seems to be getting so tired that she just doesn't want to sleep. She gets a bath every night at the same time and it still takes us 3 to 4 hours to get her to go down at night.

PORTLAND TRAILBLZERS ROCK!!!

My wife took her to visit her parents for this upcoming week and the only good thing about is, I get to stay home and work, but I also get to sleep at night. I have been cranky lately and I guess kids do that to ya huh?

PORTLAND TRAILBLZERS ROCK!!!

Thanks for the advice, maybe I should try putting her in the dryer and see what that does!

PORTLAND TRAILBLZERS ROCK!!!

Nah, she is a good kid, she just has her times mixed up and I don't know how to fix that.

PORTLAND TRAILBLZERS ROCK!!!

Portland Trailblazers mentioned five times, oops, six times in this post!
