NBA All-Star Weekend in Portland could be possible in the next 5-6 years, if the city embraces it. And by that I mean building a larger, more upscale hotel (as was already suggested), and by bringing Rip City back to POR. The citizens/fans have to get behind any ideas with full backing, or it is guaranteed not to happen.
