Nathan, the people Bassy passes to have to score for it to be an assist. The Blazers aren't making shots, Telfair ain't getting assists. Jesus, stop *****ing about every little thing Blazer fans.

It's going to be SO Funny when Telfair is an All-Star in a couple of seasons, and these guys are going to be singing his praises...
Someone should keep these posts handy....

I doubt some of these guys will ever sing his praises . A lot of people seem to just love or hate a player no matter what they do on or off the court. I'm sure if Telfair becomes an All-Star some of them will be still be nit-picking his game.
Personally I hated the Telfair pick and wanted Al Jefferson but I like what I've seen so far.

From what I've seen anyone trying to get out and discount this kid now is just sowing the seeds of their own humiliation. Kid is ready to play RIGHT NOW. He has got "it". Before he's done with the Blazers he'll be one of the all-time best to have ever worn the jersey.

i agree completely with everything you said your getting 5 stars

I'm actually really surprised this is coming from Kingspeed... err.... Nathan. Usually he's SO positive about this team. Almost to a fault. I think it's amazing he's decided to take such an extreme stance on Telfair. Especially so early in the season.

It's really weird to jump so heavily on a young fella that has hardly had his NBA shoes on for a total game.
It's either Portland is going to win a championship or pick a rookie
and just pick him to shreds. For no good reason.
Manic depression ??

you aren't seriously comparing what Marbury did for the whole year to what Sebastian has done in 5 games, are you?

could it be because it gets a rise out of people?
Hm...he totally loves to bring up Rasheed when things are calm...he talks about how Theo is a bum, but leaves it purposely vague so he can act like he's just talking about his play BECAUSE of the injury..and now he's going after Telfair.
I don't recall if Eric commented on my post about how Rasheed's #'s were down just like Theos..
