I think we should revoke Schillys posts..
he's constantly telling me rumors he hears, and what not...and when I ask him where he hears it...he goes
"olive"
dude...a 3 day suspension is called for in these circumstances.

News
The trade rumors surrounding Hornets point guard Baron Davis continue to swirl, this time with the Memphis Commercial Appeal reporting that New Orleans and Memphis are discussing a deal that would send Davis to the Griz in exchange for guard Jason Williams and forward Shane Battier.

Hey I didn't post it here, but since you mentioned it....
Some dude is saying that ESPN is reporting that Portland is about to sign SG James Chitwood.
Based on the fact that it's a rather obscure signee and what not I don't qualify it as a wild rumor, but ohh well...

I'd love to see POR get in on that NO\MEM deal....
Maybe funneling Battier to POR for an expiring contract?
POR trades SAR
POR recieves PJ Brown & C.Anderson from NO and S.Battier from MEM
MEM trades S.Battier, J.Williams and D.Jones
MEM recieves B.Davis and a 2005 2nd round pick from NO
NO trades Baron Davis, PJ Brown & C.Anderson
NO recieves SAR from POR, J.Williams & D.Jones from MEM
Thoughts?
