Miles is a punk and he should be gotten rid of...YOU don't need his garbage. He is a punk who deserves more than he got.

hey, I got the signatures of everybod on the team, so in reality they've already signed off on my solution.

This doesn't bode well for the fan club...

I think replacing Mo can still be justified by a lousy record and downright poor coaching. Don't let this incident stand in the way of improving your franchise. That said, take measures against Darius to show the players that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated. If we're going to stick to the 25 point pledge and make a statement on where this team is going, Darius needs to be fined and suspended.

If possible, we get rid of him for equal or greater value. However, this isn't because of the recent incident, this is purely basketball related. On a team with 5 players next year that will be able to play the small forward position (Miles, Patterson, Outlaw, Khryapa, Monia), trading Miles in a package with one of our expiring contracts will allow us to bring in a star level player along with a crummy contract (Pierce and LaFrentz comes to mind).

Replace Mo all you want but remember this one thing -

the suspension of Darius Miles will be better for the team in the long run, regardless of who the coach is. The benching of Zach earlier in the season will also be good for the team. You can't just give the players a little tap on the arm and go "That was very bad of you" or they'll try and run all over every coach that comes into office.
