Is that we wont lose the teams chemistry since DA and SAR have been out for such a long period of time and hey DA never was in the flow anyway. My point was last year we lost sheed who was a major piece to the teams resurgence before he was traded and it took a while to recover but with SAR getting shipped out....nobody would notice till the new guy(S) came and it would likely be a much needed shooter that would fit perfectly!

Agreed, even if we don't get Redd, Peirce, or someone of that caliber, why not Ricky Davis? He's really cleaned up his act and plays team ball these days. His contract is also quite decent and he can shoot pretty well I think. If Blazers can get Ricky Davis and say Kendrick Perkins for Reef then I would probably pull the trigger if none of the star SGs were available.

lets face it....Minny needs some new faces badly and SAR is just theh type of guy the need to play PF with KG at Sf or vice versa.....that would be nasty for Minny while they still have Hoiberg,Hudson or one of the above who doesnt get traded.

Since we offered a contract to Hassel, and it was recouped by Minnesota. Hassel can not become a Blazer until a year after the offer sheet was signed.

So Hassel can not be a part of any deal until the late summer
