Overall, they have very poor talent and sooner or later the best of offensive/defensive schemes run their course. Sloan's a heck of a coach, but maybe his time there has passed and this is the result.

As to Boozer, who ever knows. He's a big a knucklehead as the NBA has and maybe with his new contract he's "retired on the court". He certainly wouldn't be the first player to do so.
