I know Theo and Joel are starting now... and its working ok.
But if Rahim is dealt we are out both Randolph and Rahim for the remainder of the year. Randolph out with a knee injury which requires surgery apparently.
Theo is not exactly a scoring machine... so we are out a consistant 20/8-10 player at the 4 spot... 2x over... Randolph/Rahim
Rahim is just getting ready to play again this week and has looked good in practice again.
and yes it will depend on who Rahim is traded for to fuilly understand the implications. I am just concerned we have no legitame PF who can score. But I think maybe Viktor can do it.
Thoughts?

The season is shot anyway. What does it matter if we have a legit PF or not?
We can easily finish out the season with a hodgepodge front-line.
Guys who can spell time at the 4:
Theo, Joel, Miles, Ruben, Khryapa, Outlaw. And what do we get for SAR? Maybe one of those pieces is a 4 or 5? Mo loves small lineups anyway.
If we trade SAR for Paul Pierce, I can't see Boston sending PP out without also including Raef LaFrentz.
Guess who can man the 4 if PP comes to town? Here is a possible lineup to finish out the season:
PG: Telfair
SG: Pierce
SF: Miles
PF: LaFrentz
C: Joel
you got 2 penetrators/slashers, Telfair and Miles,
you got 2 guys that can spread the floor, Pierce and LaFrentz
you got a rebounder, role-player, Joel
you got 2 shot-blockers, Joel and LaFrentz
you got a game closer, Pierce
That's a nice mix.
