Payton To The Bucks?!
I'm catching wind of this from a post @ O-Live. They said this is according to Mike Monroe of FOX Sports.
Payton to the Bucks for Ray Allen. Elden Campbell also supposed to be involved.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm........Gary reunited with GK? Interesting.

Question, now that the deadline has passed is it possible that this trade might have happened and they are working out the details? I would really liked to see Payton come to Portland next year. Interesting to say the least.

I thought so too. Espn is saying that it is all over and only two trades made. Was it 3 pm Eastern? Anyone?

This is going to be weird not seeing Payton in a Sonic uniform. Ray Allen, WOW!!!! Seattle got rid of both point guards, crazy!!!! I wonder if Portland was working on anything or if Bob is on vacation or something?

Man, I wish we coulda swooped in and stole Brent Barry from the Sonics..
They need a PG, but I don't think they'd take who we have now.

WOW! What a day for the Sonics...to get a superstar like Allen in exchange for Payton! Holy crap. and then to get a legit center in Elden Campbell for Kenny Anderson (a guy who wasn't getting much playing time). Heck I would have loved to get a big body like Campbell here. I think a couple of great moves for Wally Walker. WOW again.
Just when we thought we saw the last of Payton for the season....he's back on Saturday with the Bucks!

Actually I think it was TERRIBLE deal for the Sonics. They have no PG now. Milwaukee got the best of this in my opinion. Desmond Mason is going to be a star.
