Can you make sense of this?

Hey guys, I got an email, on accident I think since I'm not a Blazers or Entercom employee and was trying to make sense out of it.. If nothing else, it's a funny read.. Blazers/Hawks, Two of the worst, Opening Night, Come one Come all!

Here it is:
thanks Terry - great job!

Jeff,

I just left the bobble heads and tickets in your office.
The tickets
are under the keyboard in your office. I gave Amy a pair
of tickets to
attach to the winner sheet you gave her. So, you'll find
15 pairs of
tickets under your keyboard. The basketball will be here
middle of next
week. Kerry will try to let us know tomorrow what the
kidsgiving
donation will be...most likely an autographed ball and
tickets.

The giveaways have started up and I talked with Kerry
earlier today and
she was having the tickets sent over this afternoon. Will
we have the
signed Basketball in-house by the middle of next week? Also
what will
they be giving us for Kidsgiving? I need to know
specifically this week
per Jack so I can get it on the master list. I need it by
Friday morning
at the very latest and the same applies for any other
clients that would
like to contribute to Kidsgiving.

Thanks,

Hi Rebecca,

Here's an overview of how we would like to promote opening
night.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

Promotional Timeline: 10/26 - 11/4

Concept: Each weekday, we'll give away two pairs of
tickets. Each
winner receives a pair of tickets, Blazer merchandise and
entry into the
grand prize drawing for a signed basketball.

Giveaways:
One pair will be given away during the 8am hour in Colin
Cowherd's
show. Gavin Dawson, anchor for "The 60," (our 60-seconds
sports update)
will invite listeners to call in to win tickets & the
featured
merchandise, as well as entry for the grand prize.

The second pair will be given away during our Primetime
Sports show.
Listeners will be asked to call in to correctly answer a
trivia
question.

Add'l On-air promos:
The opening night game will be promoted a minimum of 6x per
day in our
live sports updates, "The 60."

Blazers To Provide:
* 16 pairs of 100 or 200 level tickets for on-air
gives...we would need
the tickets & merchandise in house by Tuesday, 10/25
* 10-second copy for the live promos - need this by
Tuesday, 10/25
also
* grand prize - we would need to have this in house by 11/3

Wednesday, 10/27- Friday, 11/4:

Want to do at least two tickets giveaways per day (16 pair
tickets),
with a minimum of 6 mentions per day...plus live mentions.
We could give
each of the daily winners a general merch pack and then at
the end of
the two weeks (one, obviously being shorter) it might be
cool to have a
grand prize, that which all of the weekly winners could
qualify for,
such as an autographed basketball or jersey?

Again, we still have a lot of inventory to move so will
need all the
help we can get. Please try and get me at least a tentative
summary by
Monday, so i can send up the flagpole.

Thanks, and have a great weekend.

Hmmm I have to agree with Zidane on this..................the tickets seem to be under the keyboard and yes, I did just check under my keyboard and nothing to report other than some dust bunnies!

Hmmm... maybe this is how John Canzano got those "secret" Darius papers..........accidentally being included in an email.
