I sort of wish they would just get this over with-if charged-serve the suspension and be done with it! Besides-it would give Sheed's achilles a chance to heal. If they keep postponing it we could lose Damon and Sheed for the playoffs. The whole thing stinks!

They are pleading not guilty but unless they have Johnny Cochran I don't know how they could avoid charges. My understanding is ANY charges will result in automatic NBA suspensions. Length? Who knows? I guess that is up to Mr. Stern. Unfortunately that means it will be as long as possible.

Seriously, if some of you were to make it to the session - of course, sporting you favorite Blazer-wear - I wonder if it would send a message - even a small one - to those two knuckleheads.......

I'd think that just being in the audience might show support of them while, at the same time, demonstrate a sense of disgust.

I personally plan on holding a candlelight vigil for these poor fellows out here in Idaho. In these wealthy times it's important that we don't overlook the needs of victims of overhasty local police departments.

The candles may not show up that well in the middle of the afternoon, but I'm in Boise, so it probably won't get much national media coverage anyway.

Come on guys, if we all have a walkout at the same time we can make a big statement that we (and our role models) aren't going to take it anymore. I officially declare March 20th to be "TheWanker's Dozen Points of Light Against Despotic Police Activities Perpetrated On Innocent Multi-Million Dollar NBA Players Who Aren't Pot Smokers Day."
