Fill up 4 times (10 gallons or more) at any 76 station, send in your reciept, and get 2 tix to a game.

or

Watch the games on FSN and KGW and during the 2nd quarter, you'll see the "76 Steal of the Game". Call in before halftime and for $76 you get 2 tix to 3 games, a pass to see a movie, and a certificate for dinner at McCormick and Scmicks. Not a bad deal if you ask me!

I believe for the "76 steal of the game" tickets are in the red section which would be in the 300 level. No clue about the other deal though. I'd assume they'd be around the 300 level though, considering 200 level tickets start at $49. But who knows if it's for 200 level seats I'd fill up my tank 4 times there. That's if I ever get my car back from the shop.

Not this year. Global Spectrum seems to be much more nazi-ish about preventing people from the upper level migrating to open lower-level seats. Keeping out the riff-raff, and all that.
