Portland Vs. Toronto Pictures

Last night my father got free tickets to the game. That was awesome. What we didn't realize was just how good the seats were. 4th row! They also came with a Valet Parking pass. We entered from under the statium through the players entrance. I got some great pictures. Here are just 4 of them. I've got the rest (36 pictures) on my flickr pages. Click on any of these images to go see the rest of them.

Enjoy!

Re: Portland Vs. Toronto Pictures

Being one of those regular 300 level scrubs I recently got to go to the Memphis game in the 6th row if I remember correctly, my lord I could not believe how much of a better experience it was. I'd prefer to go to one game that close than to 30 in the 300 sec. Another aspect that hadn't occurred to me was how bad the players stink- I mean I've played some bball at the Y and have never experienced such foul odors. I kept looking around me trying to find the poor piece of crap that somehow snuck down there but to no avail. Thanks for the great pics- anything helps when the game isn't on TV.

There is one blonde chick that has Red highlights, or extensions that come out from under her hair in strips. It's very hot. I'm terribly facenated by the drill team though, throwing those girls in the air. I cannot help but watch them and stare.

Yeah - in the bigger set, there's a good shot of Przybilla snagging a rebound (or going up for a putback?) and one of Randolph passing after a drive to the hole. For someone who was unable to watch the game (not on TV, grrr...), this is a nice substitute.

Great pictures! You may have a future as a sports photographer . . .

The pic of Outlaw playing defense is amazing. The guy has an incredible wingspan.

I also watched your entire slide show, by the way. Great family photos.

It's amazing what you can do with a simple point and shoot digital. Only 3MP. I'm dying to save up and buy a DSLR though.

Thanks for the comments on the family photos.

I like the shot of Zach, he's wrapping a pass around two defenders to Pryz for the dunk. Z had 7 assists! You gotta love seeing that.

Re: Portland Vs. Toronto Pictures

Great pictures. There is a picture of Jack taking a shot in the paint with me in the background. Well, you can't see me well, but you can see the couple next to me. They are not the regular seat holders, but instead guests. She talked and talked during game about shopping, friends, anything but b-ball. When she wasn't talking, she was nuzzling her boyfriend. It was a bit annoying. Okay, a lot annoying.

If my husband is working (about half the games), this is exactly why I don't bring my female friends to the game with me. They talk too much during the game and never about what's happening on the court.
