I'm speaking of players that didn't play in the Rookie Challenge their first or second years in the NBA. Does anybody know when the NBA started the Rookie Challenge? We can eliminate players before that year. It says here they started it back in 1994, so we can get a good idea of the players.

So far, the only two high schoolers that I have found to have gone on and be starters are Eddy Curry and Diop who plays for the Mavericks.
