Free National Directory assistance. 1-800-free 411. It works. Only catch is that you have to listen to a quick 15 second commercial for someone. But I've used it a few times and it saves you a buck a call. A website said that people spend over a Billion dollars a year on directory assistance. Just make sure you dial 800-free 411 and not 800-411-Free. Thats a dirty talk phone number.

From what I can tell, It's just like regular directory assistance, other than sometimes it takes a little longer for them to answer the phone, and you have to listen to the commercial.. Actually, yesterday, they had a special for 3 large pizza's for $5.00 each.
