It means wise *** that Portland has enough bargains on its team already. They even have players that should be bargains that they overpayed for. The Blazers don't need to be looking at players who are bargains, they need to be looking at players who can lead them.

Okay, I went through the list in the first post and found some that I'd be interested in- but only if the price is right. Some of these guys I'm not sure about- most of them actually- but I also wasn't sure about Joel or Blake & Dixon and those turned out okay.

I'd love to see Jones starting on this team until Martell's ready to take over. Then, let him be our backup at the 2 and sometimes 1 if one of our PGs are out.

If you look at the 06-07 roster, you'll find Lenard isn't on it.

Anyone else interested in Jackie Butler?

12.2mpg, 5ppg, 3rpg, .6bpg, shooting 53% and born in 1985. He is one of the lone bright spots on the Knicks and im pretty sure they dont have his bird rights. I think he could replace Joel to be honest.
