AI - If Nash(?) Could Git 'Er Done...
...would you want him?
Word in the ATL is that he's good as gone.

What he need is a star that isint a ball hog.Ai is a good player but he might stunt the growth of other players. If they packaged igudala ai for zach, miles, dixon, blake then yeah. Then hopefully trade ai to a team for a big.

Allen Iverson? We would have to grossly overcompensate to get him. I dont think he would push us into a legit playoff team, so honestly I wouldnt want him.

In a heartbeat, if only because he would inject the franchise with optimism and excitement the likes of which haven't been seen since Pippen came aboard.

While a good player, I don't think he is someone that would enjoy PDX nor do I think your average Blazer fan would be too excited about having him.
Personally, I'd prefer not.

Wait - is this the same Iverson that couldn't lead his team to the playoffs in the Eastern Conference? No thanks, I'll pass.
(BTW, noticed he and CWebb showed up late to last night's game)

Re: AI - If Nash(?) Could Git 'Er Done...
immense talent, probably better than anyone on our team will ever be...but no.
his contract is horrendous. and while he brings it, he also brings ****.
great talent, like I said, but thats not the kind of player a young inexperienced team trades for. Let someone else try to use him to their benefit.

partly because a certain billionaire nixed the trades, and partly because toronto pussed out of a deal they had with Portland.

If by AI you mean Andre Iguodala, hell yes!
It is Andre Iguodala, right? Otherwise, I'd say you were joking.

Re: AI - If Nash(?) Could Git 'Er Done...
You mean the AI that controls the ball 90% of the time on offense? The one who once kicked his wife out of the house (allegedly) naked, then busted into his cousin's appartment threatening the occupants with a gun looking for her (they refused to testify)? The AI who in a separate incident was convicted of marijuana possesion and carrying a concealed weapon? That AI?
No.
I hate watching the Allen Iverson and 4 other guys show.
