Last night the Cavaliers won and the Nuggets lost. Bothe teams finish with 17W and 65L. They split the seson series. The are completely even .
They now share the best odds to get the #1 pick. Instead of 1 team having 25% and the other having 20% chance at the #1 they both will have a 22.5% shot at it.
Looking at the 2 teams I would say that the #1 would benefit Denver better and the #2 Cleveland better. Denver could definately use LeBron James and Dark would be a better fit in Cleveland as the Cavs are already full in the Swing positions.
If Denver lands LeBron, how much incentive is that to FA's this summer? Would guy's like Jason Kidd and Tim Duncan look at Denver as a team to go to?
Scary thought
PG Kidd
SG James
SF ?
PF Duncan
C Hilario
I think there's absolutely ZERO chance than LeBron goes to college--I think he was just spouting off and trying to keep everyone guessing (as if there was any doubt).
I'd venture a guess that he's already lost eligibility to play college ball based on his dealings etc. Don't quote me on it though..
If Lebron did go to College. But I don't think there is any reason to if you are already the consensus #1 pick, all you can do is hurt your future, nothing to gain monetarily.
