Re: 2006 Las Vegas Summer League
If you've ever considered going, this is definitely the year to go:
PG: Telfair / Jack
SG: Webster
SF: Outlaw / Khryapa?
C: Sinanovic / Ha
Plus the lotto pick and maybe someone else.
This is the lineup everyone wanted to see all year, but didn't.

Khryapa won't be there. He'll be playing for his national team.
Still...looks like a pretty good team. Two probable starters plus our top draft pick, who could be a starter if we go with a SF.

He signed a four-yr deal with Real Madrid Spain last year (three yrs left). I wonder if he'll be allowed to come over for it? How was his season? Anyone know?

IIRC, his contract was structured to easily be bought out of.

At least two.
And SMiLE, can you rotate that photo so Kobe is on the bottom?

Re: 2006 Las Vegas Summer League
I've been thinking about how I could con my way into some summer league games for weeks now. I wouldn't have much trouble getting my wife to go to Vegas...it's extracting myself from her itinerary and going to the actual games that would be the problem. And I'm pretty sure she's not going to let me go to Vegas alone without a divorce.

I would, but it makes it much harder to figure out who it is.

Re: 2006 Las Vegas Summer League
The Blazers ran a special last year, which included admission, hotel fare and (maybe) plane tickets. I'm seriously interested in doing that this summer. Has anyone heard anything about any travel packages so far?
