Is PJ Carlesimo a better coach than Nate? Sometimes a coach has a better team. If the team does a lost worse than expected, should the coach take blame? If a team overachieves, like Seattle did 2 years ago, should a coach get credit?

Answers:
1) yes, since everything the Blazers do is wrong and besides Whitsitt was GM when Carlesimo coached
2) Not if it is not the Blazers
3) Only if the coach does not end up coaching the Blazers

Yes and No. NBA coaches are only as good as the personnel they are given to work with. That being said, not even the best coach in the universe could coach NY to a winning record with the team they have now.
