Best LA/MN game 3 quote-so far

I am enjoying this game very much!

Quote of the night: The adjustment LA made tonight was taking Mark "Elmer Glue" Madsen out of the line up and replacing him with Horry" D. Ainge.

GO TIMBERWOLVES!

"Probably because of his white skin, but mostly because he just sticks on ya."

Danny Ainge on Mark Madsen's new nickname, "Elmer's Glue."

spazz

I am convinced that Mark Elmer's Glue Madsen has been sniffing glue-the dude is a spazz. A very serious spazz-looks like he's high as a kite.

Hum, I wonder if anyone else is watching this Minnesota-LA game. But in the final stages, officials seem to be desperate to give game to LA. They called a phantom shooting foul on Sczerbiak to tack a free throw onto a three by Kobe and then swallowed the whistle when Hudson was tripped by Pargo on the ensuring inbounds pass.

Disgraceful.

Exactly. The Lakers don't deserve this win, and a lot of people know it. I have respect for Danny Ainge now for calling it like he sees it. "What a shame." "Disgraceful."

there's no point in complaining. just do what I do. stop being a fan of the game once the blazers are out. after that, I don't give a rip roaring fart about what the league does. It lost me as a fan years ago.

NO! NO! NO!

KG just had a better line in the post-game interview with Craig Sager: "We're like you in this suit. We're so confident in ourselves that we don't care what anyone else thinks."

Absolutely Hilarious

That's practically verbatim for my thoughts after last year's playoffs (except the fart part). I'm in as long as my team is, after that who cares anymore. There are still fun teams to watch and some good games, but the outcomes are almost irrelevant. I have a friend who told me I sound like a wrestling fan when I said that. Fair analogy, unfortunately.

I saw that. That was definitely funnier than "Elmer's Glue."

KG was killin' Sager.

I can dig KG ripping Sager, but c'mon people, that's like kicking puppies for degree of difficulty.

They would only do that if they actually believe what they wrote.
