if the team isn't sold to his group, maybe..but the pistons need to get some defensive minded coaches...not TP.

I love TP, but getting him as an assistant coach is basically repeating the same kinds of mistakes they made with hiring Flip AND the same mistakes the twolves did.

hiring so-so assistants when they need a better format.

First he's a Kings Coach, now an assistant with Detroit ... well my sources say he's going to end up doing some janitorial work for Atlanta. But another mole that I know has him doing color commentary for the CFL (or Arena Football if that doesn't work out). Another "insider" of mine, though, says he's trying to bring a WNBA franchise to Gary, Indiana.

So your guess is as good as mine.
