Re: My mock draft as of 6/25 (3 days before the big day)
1. aldridge
2. thomas
3. gay
4. morrison
5. bargnani
6. roy
i see toronto taking aldridge due to Bosh liking him & it would give them a legit C something they desperately need. They *might* still go with Bargnani but imo it depends how sold on Aldridge Bosh is , i dont think they'd risk agrivating him.

Re: My mock draft as of 6/25 (3 days before the big day)
I think the top 4 go this way.
Toronto - Adam Morrison. Morrison will be traded to Portland
Chicago - Lamarcus Aldridge
Charlotte - Brandon Roy
Portland Andrea Bargnani. Traded to Toronto along with Jack and Outlaw

Re: My mock draft as of 6/25 (3 days before the big day)
Top Five:
Toronto - Aldridge
Chicago - Morrison (I just get this feeling Thomas' is going to drop, that his promise is later)
Charlotte - Roy
Portland - Bargnani
Atlanta - Gay (to be traded)

Understood.. no problem at all
As my thread had stated.. I am going with the theory that
1) Charlotte does need shooting guards
2) Scoreers always help
3) The main point I am gunning for is.. he is a local kid... they have a history lately of going for the locals. He may be picked higher than he normally would... but it may work for them
I have my doubts too.. he should be a 10-15 pick... even with his latest incident. But I am going with a gut feeling. There is usually always a surprise in the draft.
I really think Charlotte will take Brewer

With his wingspan, he can play in two cities a night.

Split personality. Like Darius Miles.

Re: My mock draft as of 6/25 (3 days before the big day)
1. Toronto- Bargnani (Blazers aren't going to trade up for what they know they can get later)
2. Chicago- Aldridge (Thomas is falling, hence the workout with Houston)
3. Charlotte- Gay (MJ likes his athletes with potential)
4. Portland- Morrison (fills a bunch of needs. | |
