Would you do this? Portland/Cleveland
Portland trades: PG Jeff McInnis (5.8 ppg, 1.3 rpg, 2.3 apg in 17.5 minutes)
Portland receives: SF Darius Miles (9.2 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 2.6 apg in 30.0 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +3.4 ppg, +4.1 rpg, and +0.3 apg.
What do you think?

I'm not really sold on Miles, but it would be worth the risk. We really wouldn't lose much in McInnis...and Miles does have "potential". All in all, I'd definitely give it a go.

Of course I would make that deal, but forget about it because Cleveland would never even think about it.
Talent, potential, PR - all heavily in Miles' favor.

Hmmm....
Miles has been a bust in Cleveland. He didn't start until the last part of the season. They don't have a real point guard, so I was thinking McInnis would be a good idea for them...
Hey, how about this idea:
Portland trades:
Re-signed Daniels
McInnis
Cleveland trades:
Miles
Mihm
Then we sign Payton with the MLE... Interesting.

Wasn't Cleveland really interested in Daniels before we acquired him...maybe they would still be interested, although he is a free agent, so he has some say in where he is going...and I doubt Cleveland is high on his list.

D.Miles sucks IMO. He can dunk, but nothing else.

True, but he has more "potential" (or even future trade value) than McInnis does.

Hey if we could swing McInnis for Miles, then his future trade value is dead.

If dude progressively is traded for Andre Miller (good) then the next season McInnis (not good) then you can only expect his value to be determined by his last trade, unless he goes head bonking nuts and finally explodes.

Andre Miller is overhyped. He did nothing for LAC. And if I'm not mistaken, I think LAC had a better record with McInnis then they did this past year with Miller.
