This could be a good move for him. Outside of Morris Peterson, I can't think of many players on that roster that would take away any meaningful playing time from him.

Did you read the title? If you did, you wouldn't have clicked on a topic that you were not interested in.

I don't see the harm in not puting an "OT" in front of a thread like this. Especially when it's basketball related.

Does it really save people that much time when reading a 4-7 word title? This board gets too sensitive sometimes.

We've done it that way for the past few years. Why does it have to be different - just because a few new people don't know, or because of few regulars forget.

I honestly don't know what in the heck Indiana is doing nowadays. Why wouldn't you sign Jones? They let Artest go for nothing. They just traded Anthony Johnson who was their best point guard last year. Now they let Jones go for nothing. They may be trading for Harrington, but that doesn't excite me at all.

Oh well, good for Jones as I see Toronto on the upswing with Colangelo and I think they got a steal in TJ Ford.

And oldtimers, relax a little. Why get all huffy over ommitting an OT?

I went to Sam Barlow High School with Frederick Jones. He won the high school slam dunk contest as a soph I believe. I am glad he is going to a team that will hopefully play him quite a bit, and I wish nothing but the best for him.
