Re: The Wizards didn't match Jeffries offer sheet..
I honestly could still see mad Isiah trading for Miles. One possibility is Steve Francis and Ime Udoka for Raef LaFrentz and Darius Miles. His contract is the same length as Raef, and all ego aside, he is a far above average basketball player. NY simply isnt the place for him. Dont get me wrong, I dont really like the guy, but its the type of risk/reward trade that could make us a contender for a lower playoff berth is Francis plays with his head together. He would work well with Roy also.

Well I'm not a big Steve Francis type of guy. But if thats the trade we need to make to get Miles out of Portland I may just consider it. I really don't like Miles and I think he is one of the lazyest players ever to play.

Their may be no next. Miles just might stay a Blazer, and who knows, he might suprise us and play like he did last year before he was hurt. I think people are too quick to forget the pre-injury Miles of last season. He was playing great, easily the best player on our team. Then, injury hit and coupled with the teams complete sucking'ness Miles just plain lost it. Here is to hoping he gets it together.....again.
