Okay, so maybe harassed was the wrong word, but certainly I would have been annoyed. Darius comes off as a pretty alright guy throughout.

Pretty funny video. I think after awhile, Darius was thinking "Jesus, please just go away." But he was a very good sport. His passive laid back attitude reflects his game.

I liked it when the kids were telling him to just take the ball to the hoop everytime. I've had the same thoughts myself. Darius has very good moves, and is very quick. I think he could just the ball to the hoop and extend for finger-rolls almost every play. But he's kind of like Rasheed, he has a lot of talent but doesn't want to be aggressive.

I hate to say it, but I actually come away with a really good opinion of him. Could you have seen Rasheed putting up with that. He has always been a real popular player with other player, just not the fans. Who knows? Maybe he will put it together someday. I wouldn't hold my breath.

I agree that it would be annoying to be approached like that, but I would really like to see Martell or Roy go through the same experience and compare their reactions. I would think they would be a lot more responsive and comfortable in talking. I won't watch it again, but if someone else does, count how many times Darius pinches his nose.

The cameraman definately is not going to get a job working like that.

screw watching the video, I found some sick nasty Drexler mixes...holy **** that dude stil had it even when he went to Houston. I forgot how well he played there, but still all those moves in PDX were unlike any other. I miss Clyde.

he might have some social anxiety. not something to clown the guy about. I thought this interview is cool as hell. I wish darius could act like this in practice and take cues like he did from that 17 year old kid. Darius could have come off as a real a hole, but he was hella cool.

I'm glad you posted it. I didn't catch it last time it was posted. The "Do you blame Miles.." gave no indication about a video so I probably didn't check it out thinking it was just asking if you blame Miles for the season or something like that.

I thought Miles was nice in the video. The kids weren't that bad either considering their age. They were real complimentary to him. Even the taking it to the basket didn't bother me. I've also thought the same thing. At least they didn't say man you can't shoot worth a **** take it to the basket!

How's that follow? Despite having graduated several times in my life, I've yet to attend a single graduation party. Is there something I'm missing here?

Huh? It wasn't Darius' graduation party. He gradated high school several years ago. And people on this board are being a little hard on those boys. They're just high school kids, excited to see an NBA player. They were getting a little pesky though, asking if they could come over to Darius' house.
