I have a joke that kind of fits that line. Ok, well, it's not really a joke per-say...but still I want to add to this thread.
I like to say that my memory is very much like a lake.
There's a lot of history stored up in lakes (as in my memory). The clarity is crystal clear (like my memory), the waters run pretty deep (like my memory) and it's easy to access it (just as it's easy for me to access things I remember). However, when it gets cold outside it freezes up (much like my memory).
Same thing applies to Canadians. It's so damn cold up there, they don't realize what they're doing half the time. So thats why they have lax laws.
