According to the report, the EEOC found that there was a pervasive atmosphere of sexual harassment, that management failed to take steps to correct it, and that the claims made by the plaintiff in the case were not an isolated incident but part of a pattern.
Anyone who has ever tried to file a claim with EEOC (I have) knows that it is VERY hard to get them to take on a case. Evidence has to be damn near iron clad.
