Re: Zach Randolph weighs 215?
There is no way Zbo ways 215. But I will say this: Kudos to Zbo for coming into this season in shape. It shows on the court in every facet of the game.

Re: Zach Randolph weighs 215?
My guess is 220-225. He played anywhere from 245-255 last season I believe, so he could have lost 15-20 pounds this offseason.

really? it's always seemed to me he's been heavier than most PF's he's faced. that's his big advantage in the post. the only PF I can think of off the top of my head who weighs around 225 is probably Shawn Marion, and he's more of a tweener.
I'm think he's somewhere between 250 and 260. I doubt he's ever worn a Blazer jersey designed for a 215 lb man. maybe in junior high.

Re: Zach Randolph weighs 215?
It probably says 215 on his drivers license... like mine says I'm 235. Heh.
That said, he's noticibly slimmer. And faster. His spin moves have improved dramatically from last season.

Re: Zach Randolph weighs 215?
4 months ago I weighed 285lbs but as of today when I got on the scale I had dropped to 235lbs, a difference of 50lbs. So, I think that Zach looks up to me and has worked real hard at matching my weight at 235lbs.
Really, I have now lost 50lbs which makes me feel real good today.

If Zach was 215 he'd look like Outlaw.

That's incredible. That's almost 3 lbs per week. 1 lbs per week (on average) is a healthy target of weight loss, can easily be done with sensible diet and exercise. Are you under doctor's care? Extra fast weight loss is both good AND bad and should be done with care.

Weight watchers and biking.
I never starve myself. I just only eat healthy and most important, I watch my portions. Now that I have learned portion control I look back at what I used to eat and am amazed at how many calories I must have taken in.
I eat out a lot and break my diet at least once a week, but even when I do that, I watch my portions. I used to go out and order an appetizer and then an entree, and all the time eat 4 slices of bread and a couple of margaritas. Now when I go out I eat either a large appetizer or half an entree, no bread and I drink wine, diet coke, or vodka and soda.
I bike about 20 miles 4 times a week. This morning I (I live around Belmont and 30th) I biked up tabor and then over to Freemont to Jim and Patty's Coffee house (best coffee cake ever but too big of portions). After coffee and half a coffee cake I rode home, took a shower and then biked down to PSU where I am at this very moment.
As far as Weight Watcher, I don’t go to meetings or anything like that, I just got some of their pamphlets and basically follow their structure. It is based on a point system and a man of my size gets 28 points per day. I can either have a nice big chicken ceaser (light on the dressing) salad for about 7 points or a medium slice of pizza. Something like a big mac has about 12 points so I don’t touch that.
I am only trying to lose one pound per week but the weight just seems to melt away. It has slowed down lately to 1-2 pounds but when I started I was losing 4 or 5 pounds per week. I want to lose another 35 – 50 lbs over the next year, but as time goes on it gets harder to continue the pace.

Good luck. Once you've been at it for about a week it gets fun.
I am always looking for people to ride with. I am slow but I like to bike up hills. I live at about SE 30th and would like to meet at around 6:30 AM for a ride up Mt. Tabor and a cup of coffee. Let me know if you live close and would like to participate.
Same goes out to anyone on this board, even Talkhard .
