I didn't mean to be aggressive about it, BlazerCaravan. Take a look at the numbers.
Even with Zach Randolph playing out of his mind, Portland is having difficulty scoring points for 48 minutes. They're one of the lowest rebounding teams in the league and are 29th in assists.
I understand that 'you win some, you lose some', and Portland was indeed in the Dallas game. But they came back from being down 27 points in that NOK game. If Portland plays that game 100 times, I bet that at least 80% of the time Portland loses. Same with the Minnesota game. It's not a 50/50 break like you're making it out to be.
Am I saying that Portland isn't a good team, isn't getting better, isn't impressing the hell out of me? No.
But Portland has had a lot break their way to get to 4-3. I'm hearing the word 'playoffs' mentioned these days, and it'd be unfair to hope for that.
