Re: Roy is clutch
Finally glad that we are the team with that guy. He's got ice water in his veins, and doesn't back down from pressure. What's more he doesn't show his emotions after hitting a huge shot. He's mature....that's for sure.

Re: Roy is clutch
This kid is really impressing me. He is so young and so good. He has such poise, it makes me wonder how he will continue to improve. I really don;t know what to expect from Roy in the coming years. The one big issue I had with Roy earlier in the year was his 3pt shooting, and he seems to be mastering that already.
Roy really has no holes in his game. Roy may not be a superstar, but he will likely end up being one of the best non-superstars in the NBA in 3 years.

Re: Roy is clutch
Roy's shooting 39% from beyond the arc this month!
If the teams had to draft all over again today, does anyone here thinks that Roy falls to #6?

I think if the draft were held right now, Roy would go 3rd behind Bargnani and Aldridge. Gay might also sneak in there. Roy might have the best stats at the moment but projecting out 4+years I still don't know who will be best, but my guess it will be one of those four.

Even more potent of a question: would Chicago take Thomas again? They knew he was a project, but they thought similarly of Aldridge, who looks like he isn't.

Re: Roy is clutch
yeah kevin Pritchard's draft program system works! I mean look at out last two drafts and vs the 6 years before! Look at Aldridge, Roy, Sergio and Joel? in one draft wow the rough one is joel freeland but he is young!

Igloos and Roy have a similar relationship as you do with pots, MM. I hope that's useful.
As for Roy, yeah, he's great fun. I've gotta go back to Drexler to find someone at Roy's position who's even remotely as inspiring. All the other 2s (let's see: DA, Smith, Wells, Rider, Van Exel... who else?) seemed like space holders to me.

I don't get it. Pot calling the kettle black maybe???? Igloos are white and Roy is black so that makes no sense.....then again I'm white and pot's are black....er....chrome now a days.
Yeah, I don't get it. Usually I'm right on top of these little barbs too. Maybe it's the weather
