I was just thinking about the Telfair trade and how that trade worked out in our favor. I think there are some teams/GM's who make poor trades more often then not, and those are perhaps the teams that the Blazers should be looing to trade with. The Wolves? The Celtics? The Nicks? What teams/GM's do you think are the worst in the NBA tradewise?

Sporting News just ran an article on worst franchises in pro sports. (BTW, Blazers did not even make runner ups). Knicks won against the worst franchises in hockey, baseball and football.

Bob Whittsit made some great moves. He made some boneheaded ones too for sure, but I certainly wouldn't list him as one of the worst. He never GM'd a losing roster (granted he would have had he stayed a couple more years.)
