Here's a trade that works:
We give up:
Zach, Joel (Minny native), Magloire, Travis and Jack (the last two hurt, but you've got to give to receive)
we get Garnett and the out-of-favor Troy Hudson, just because Minny wants to dump him.
(The amount of junk being exchanged could be tweaked: we could throw in Miles and they could throw in Jaric, just because the grass is always greener.)
I still don't think Minny would go for it (they'll probably hold on to Garnett hoping someone will offer a young star for him until he's well past his prime, then unload him cheap) but, in an ideal world they would.
And if they DID, we should turn around and trade him to Chicago!
