Brandon Roy video
Remember Brandon Roy? Here's a video of his "Top 10" plays last year that will bring a smile to your face.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=8HoJTF2Nx...elated&search=
The question is, who will complement Roy better--Oden or Durant? My vote goes to Oden.

I agree that Oden would complement Roy better. However, who would complement LMA better? Durant, probably.

Re: Brandon Roy video
Man seeing that vidio makes me get excited. Just think Branden, LaMarcus, and Kevin and Travis and Sergio for small ball. Wow!!!!

Re: Brandon Roy video
Thanks great video I love Roy's game. Why do we want to go small ball when we have a chance to draft the best big man in the last 5-10 years. How many championships has a team playing small ball won. I agree it is fun to was and I love watching GS in the playoffs last year.

I think Oden would complement Roy and LMA better. LMA even mentioned he thought it would be like D.Robinson and Duncan the twin towers playing with Oden. Durant is a great offensive player but he really isn't going to complement anybody but himself and the whole team because he is scoring a lot. Durant doesn't look to pass even if his team mates are wide open. Go watch his highlight video.

Re: Brandon Roy video
he really reminds me of Manu Ginobili in those clips. smarts, handles, incredible body control, clutch shooting.
in a few years our Blazers team could be The San Antonio Spurs Greatest Hits, with Roy as Ginobili, Rodriguez as Parker, Aldridge as Duncan and Oden as Robinson.

I don't think so. With Oden LMA can run freely more and take advantage of his excellent speed for a PF, and not have to be so much of a tough guy (not his strong suit). More fast breaks are created with Oden (Aldridge will be a top-3 break PF) and he gets a size advantage over most 4's. There's no question that Oden would compliment Aldridge more than Durant. Durant will draw double teams, but he's not a good passer or a drive and dish player, he's a drive and shoot/get fouled/throw up a shot while everyone else is in isolation player.

2005-06 highlights... the first two minutes ("The Crossover") is like deja vu. He was definitely as advertised!

Re: Brandon Roy video
While I like the mix, they missed a few buzzer beaters and some nice dunks that he had. Oh well, among all this talk of Oden / Durant it's a nice reminder of the kinds of players we already have.
