Well last week sure sucked
Going from a high of the Blazers winning an impressive 4 game home stand and the Ducks looking at a national championship to the Blazers losing three in a row (two to weak teams) and the Ducks fiasco with the loss and the hidden news about the torn ACL . . . BLEH!
I hate sports!

I guess so . . . but the comment will get recieved as well as posts gloating over Oden's injury.
(ie. Laker fan saying hope all you jailblazer fans enjoy your new center . . . I know I am.)

Well it wasn't meant that way.
There are VERY few athletes I’d actually wish personal injury on, and none on that extremely short list are in the college ranks. I’m not going to apologize for something I had nothing to do with, and I’ve already sent my condolences to the #9 team in the nation. I don’t feel I need to walk on glass for the next few weeks because of that unfortunate accident. My comment wasn’t meant to make light of the injury, rather make light of your new quarterback. Sorry if it came across the wrong way. There I go again, apologizing unnecessarily.

I'm all for smack talk . . . especially for rivalries such as OSU v UO.
You want to have some fun, take a shot at the way Belotti handled the situation . . . that is fair game bone headedness if you ask me.
I guess Dixon's injury is also fair game . . . but for a program on the brink of a national championship game (might be once in a lifetime) only to watch it disappear over an injury to their leader, it's hard to take it just as smack talk. (I'm not even a UO alum and I was crushed by it)
Not sure which injury hurt more . . . Dixon or Oden. Probably the Oden injury, although I think the Ducks lost out on more than the Blazers did.
