That's a poor excuse in my book. He's lived NBA basketball for 5 years as a professional. Playing time is one thing, but constant practice and coaching hasn't sunk in to this kid like it should in 5 years. The Blazer invested lots of resources into developing him as a player and it seems like ever diminishing returns.
