Sports Center was lovin' some Travis last night. Showed a bunch of makes by Travis in the 4th (does Travis own the 4th or what? ).

And of course "THE DUNK." What I loved was when they froze it and made a poster on the screen, complete with the "Travis Outlaw" signature at the bottom! Too Cool.

In fact, that was the best Blazers coverage of a Blazers game I think I've ever seen on Sports Center. The Blazers are Hot, Hot, Hot!

I just watched the Ariza dunk. He ran up the court with a full head of steam, and dunked over a stationary object (it may as well have been a chair). IMO, Travis' was more athletic and more difficult -- catching and jumping, his body position, cocking the ball so far back, and the fact he was being defended in mid-air.

Just my opinion. I respect yours, at any rate.

Ariza's dunk was nice, too.

The thing I loved about Outlaw's is him and Carney were standing toe to toe, and Travis just outjumped, was in full extension, caulked his hand back and just served up a facial. No running start, and Carney actually tried blocking the shot instead of just standing there like Grant Hill taking a charge.

Oh well, I'm a Blazer fan so I'm partial. That dunk though was 10x better than the one Travis had on Daequan Cook.

Ariza's Dunk

Both are crazy great dunks, but I agree that the degree of difficulty of what Outlaw did was greater, but because Ariza was funning, his seems more flashy. Both are top ten dunks for the year, but I go with Outlaws.
