Re: OK, I Read The Tribune's Miles Article
Can anyone see Outlaw and Miles and Aldridge on the front line together. I can. I can see times when we could have Jones and Roy in in the fourth quarter. Wow! That is a very agile running shooting team. Able to rebound and run. They could probably play as our small-ball team. 6-9, 6-10, 6-10, 6-6, 6-7.

Re: OK, I Read The Tribune's Miles Article
I say we send him to the D-league until he gets back in game shape and go from there. If he plays well great, he increases his trade value and he would be ready to join the team if there's an injury. If he plays poorly, then well, we have a reason to leave him there.
If he refused to go he would be damaging his own cause.

Re: OK, I Read The Tribune's Miles Article
Nate has said Miles will have to earn his PT, and have to show he deserves to play from what he brings in practice. I doubt that he gets any real burn this year unless there are major injuries. He is so far behind all these other guys that are in top shape and have been playing basketball heavily since the middle of the summer. Even then it would only be a couple small minutes spurts here or there. If he proves he can play then maybe he'll get more time, if not than no harm done.
Him not traveling with the team is probably so he can focus on rehab and his kid, whereas Oden is seeing what the NBA traveling is all about as others have said.
I don't really care what happens to Miles, if he proves he deserves time from his play in practice then I'd like to see what he can do on the court, if not then let him sit on the bench for the next 3 years. He isn't a distraction to this franchise anymore, he's more of a ghost fading off in the sunset.

Goldmember, Darius can't go to the NBDL. You can't go to the NBDL after your third or fourth season in the NBA.

exactly. There is no story except for those wishing to enjoy their soaps of yesteryear.
Reportedly Miles has been with the team quite a bit this season, and yet the club is doing well. Hopefully his knees hold up this time and he can be a productive player again. The worst case scenario is that he's the club's next Raef clapping till his contract runs out.

Re: OK, I Read The Tribune's Miles Article
I wish Miles would just retire, collect his paycheck and go home.
He is so non-existant right now as a Blazer, I can't ever see him suiting up again and playing for us.

Aaah comon. Every championship team has one player you hate on the bench who doesn't deserve to be there. At least 1.

Then how come Randy Livingston is on the Stampede and he is like 37 years old?
