Exactly. We've been without him all season. Been tougher for us. Lakers had Bynum for some of this season.

Re: OT: Lakers' free fall
Lakers' D allows 61 Knicks points at halftime
Kobe is shut down. Zach is unstoppable. As is David Lee.
Freefall
Lakers going to lotto. Knicks going to the playoffs. Such is life.

Let's not get carried away here... these are the New York Knicks we're talking about.
Kobe's got seven assists too, which has been pretty common lately. He tries to get others involved and then can go off in the second half.
David Lee is a stud. I like him a lot. I wonder if he was available instead of Frye at the time.

We didn't have our second best player for a good portion of our 13 game winning trip. Good teams are usually a little more than two players deep.

Re: OT: Lakers' free fall
Wow. Who would've thought a Seattle team on a 14-game losing streak breaks it against San Antonio?
Spurs are struggling mightily!
edit: oops, wrong thread.

I was just going to post that (here) and point out that the Spurs are on a really tough patch right now (and on a long road trip, much like the Lakers).
It's like they're on their annual even year injury bug tour.

Knicks suck. Zach blew the game.

Re: OT: Lakers' free fall
They could still make the playoffs though and how much does that suck?

Re: OT: Lakers' free fall
Luke Walton got injured though with a right hip pointer. He injured himself in the first quarter and sat out the rest of the game.
Lakers now go on a 9 game road trip and dont come home til February 19th !

Re: OT: Lakers' free fall
Back to reality Zack
By the way Zack..I was thinking about your posts and I figured out a way to not sound so out of touch with the reality of the NBA, and still be able to say what you want. Just add two little words to the beginning of all your statements. They are...."I wish"
