The Nets have agreed to trade Jason Kidd and Malik Allen to the Mavericks for Devin Harris, Jerry Stackhouse, Devean George, DeSagana Diop, Maurice Ager, two first-round picks and cash, sources tell Tony Mejia of CBSSports.com.

The deal is expected to be finalized Wednesday.

Wow I kinda feel like this is not going to help the Mavs. But I am glad they did it! Mad we didn't get Harris out of it though. I think the Nets would have been better with our deal involved.

Disappointed in Pritchard. The players have proven they can win now, but management didn't step up and improve the team to keep them competitive. The pressure's now on Portland to get something done in the off-season or lose players for nothing.

This will be the defining off-season of Pritchard's career so far.

WOW. that's a lot for kidd. i don't think i would even trade harris straight for kidd. what are the mavs thinking? rod thorn did well.
