And a "not step out of bounds Jarrett Jack" coach, and a "play interior defense" coach, and a "execute an offense" coach....

Wait, you mean to tell me you WANT to go to the free throw line? Not the way we're shooting 'em...

Time to lock the team in the practice facility and say that nobody leaves practice until everybody hits fifty free throws. This is their job, and they have to be good at it to stay competitive. Even Greg and Darius could participate, and it would build team cohesiveness and shared responsibility for the recent lack of success.

It's money well spent. Martell has raised his FG% from 39.9 to 41.7 in three years.
That's what I call return on investment!

You make it sound like making fifty free throws is hard. In high school we couldn't leave until we made fifteen in a row. And after every free throw you had to walk to the baseline and walk back.
