I don't even think it's because of Greg Oden, or they would have jacked up prices last June or July, I think it's got more to do with simple supply and demand; they're selling out, so obviously damand is outstripping supply lately, and with Roy's selection to the All-star team we now have a "bankable star".

If anything prices are probably returning to normal after they had to slash them the past couple of years to try and put butts in the seats.
