I hear about it a lot and don't know exactly what it is. Is it just a teams longest road trip of the season? Is it an actual trip playing certain teams? I just dont really know.

San Antonio's arena gets used by an annual rodeo for a couple of weeks, thus they have to vacate the premises for awhile -- a long while.

Yeah just them every year around this time. I believe that was one of the stipulations they had to agree to to get the new arena play at now.

San Antonio has a long road trip as does Chicago and I think the LA teams too when their arenas are used for various activities.

It's the nickname for the Spurs' road trip every season. It doesn't apply to any other team.

^I swear Barret claimed we were on a "rodeo road trip" when we went on that long 7 gamer. I really hate our announcers though. Mike Rice is a homer.

Ugh, I can't agree more. I'm almost convinced they need to promote Wheels to the TV gig (although he does have a face made for radio). I find I usually mute the TV and turn on KXL when I watch the games.
